BVI CCD photometry was performed for the central region of M35 on 1997 November 23 at Siding Spring Observatory with the 40-inch telescope (f/8) and a thinned SITe 2048×2048 CCD (24-mm pixels). The scale was 0.602 arcsec/pixel, giving 20.5arcmin on a side. Two sets of exposure times were used in the observations: long exposures 60s in I, 150s in V, 300s in B, 600s in U; short exposures: 5s in I and V, 7s in B and 15s in U. The seeing was between 1.4 and 2.1arcsec. (1 data file).
