Metal rich globular cluters in the Galactic bulge are difficult to study optically. Key physical parameters for many of them are poorly known, especially their abundances. Yet these clusters can provide important information on the history of chemical enrichment of the bulge. We are determining [Fe/H] for these clusters by comparing the strengths of absorption features due to Ca I, Na I, and CO in K band spectra of indvidual giant stars to identical observations of stars in well observed clusters. This empirical technique has a high degree of accuracy. We will also derive abundances theoretically with a spectral synthesis analysis of the data.
