Stimulated scattering off low-frequency modes is considered for the case
where the pump wave, which is assumed to be circularly polarized and to
propagate parallel to an external magnetic field, is relativistically
strong. The results are compared with those of nonrelativistic theory in
order to extend their range of validity.
