The effect of atmospheric inhomogeneities on the iron and lithium LTE abundances is estimated at 0.2 - 0.3 dex based on two-dimensional model atmospheres of metal-poor halo stars ([M/H] = -2) with Teff and log g close to the solar values. Spectral observations of Fe I and Li I lines in stellar spectra were used. The absolute value of the lithium LTE abundance found with 2D-models ranges from 2.0 to 2.4 in the hydrogen scale.
