The aeronautical and geodynamic investigations to be conducted at the Penc Cosmic Geodetic Observatory in Hungary are summarized. Methods for selection of the instruments, data processing equipment, and personnel are described. Scientific and technical programs in Rumania, Poland, and East Germany are described, as well as cooperation in computer networking among these countries and with the Soviet Union.
