A new approach to the sunspot model calculation in dependence on its magnetic structure is proposed. The current sheet at the boundary "spot-photosphere" has been taken into account. A new relation of magnetostatic theory of sunspots is derived. It enables us to introduce a "force correction" in the geometrical form of magnetic lines of the potentional field such that the resulting distribution of the thermodynamical parameters in a typical sunspot appear to be very close to the observed.
