Explicit expressions for the cosines of the refracted and reflected angles are given as functions of the cosine of the incident angle when the two media (usually fluids) and the interface are moving with relativistic velocities. An application can be the refraction of electromagnetic waves in rarefied but very large clouds of gas moving at relativistic speeds in the expanding universe.
