The results of observations of the movements of 351 sunspots for the rotation of the sun are discussed. The rotational law of the sunspot zone, the relationship between sunspot characteristics and angular velocity, observed temporal variations in the rotational velocity, and latitudinal motions are addressed. The time dependency of the differential rotation for the two halves of the sun are depicted, as is the average latitudinal movement versus the deviation of the velocity.
