The Peccei-Quinn symmetry is implemented in the spontaneous CP-violating model in SU(5) with natural flavor conservation. An appreciable cosmological baryon asymmetry can be generated through the decays of superheavy Higgs bosons if the Peccei-Quinn symmetry is broken at the grand unification scale. The axion is superlight and invisible.
I wish to thank Dr. N. Nakagawa for useful discussions. I thank also Professor E. Fischbach and Professor T.K. Kuo for reading the manuscript.
