New Mn-Cr isotope data on phosphate minerals in the Grant IIIAB iron
meteorite places new constraint on the uncertainty for the 187Re decay
constant and leads to the "fine structure constant" variations at
3.3x10E-16/y over the last 4.567 Ga.
