I will discuss constraints that can be derived on the energy densitities of dark matter and dark energy from future surveys of hundreds or thousands of galaxy clusters. I will discuss X-ray and microwave (Sunyaev-Zeldovich effect, SZE) surveys, and the statistical constraints available from both the redshift distribution and from the spatial clustering of galaxy clusters. I will also discuss possible systematic errors, and ways of controlling them by using the X-ray and SZE data in combination.
