The chemical evolution in the interstellar cloud was simulated by a plasma flow in the laboratory. The essential features of the experimental results are: the ion-molecule reaction was playing an important role, spatial patterns of molecular density were constructed in the plasma flow, and the transition from chemical equilibrium to nonequilibrium state was found in the rapidly cooling flow. The similarity law was established to connect the laboratory and interstellar phenomena. The relation to the circumstellar flow was also discussed.
