The spectra of olivine particles (forsterite, natural olivine, and fayalite) were measured in mid- and far-infrared region after continuously cooled down to 10K. The intensity and sharpness of each peak of these spectra became stronger and narrower, respectively, as cooling down to 10K. Further, new peaks appeared at low temperature. The peak positions can be the indicator of the dust temperature.
