This program will explore the capability of the STIS/CCD to support high S/N time-series photometry well in excess of the S/N=10000 level expected from counting 10^8 electrons per spectrum before saturation. At an oversaturation of >6 over >10^9 electrons can be counted per readout potentially allowing a S/N = >30000. A gain of 3 in S/N per readout translates to a gain of 3^2 in the number of exposures required to reach given sensitivity levels when in the sqrt{N} gain regime as expected for programs pursuing micro-magnitude variability. This program follows directly on the finding from STIS/CAL 7666 that the STIS/CCD response is apparently perfectly conservative of photo- electrons to well past saturation.
