This is a special pure-parallel service observation proposal which will execute during the HST Leonid-avoidance pointing in Nov. 1998. A deep WFPC2 F606W image is taken over 6 orbits {in parallel with a STIS pointed observation}. Since HST is pointed toward the anti-Earth-vector, the image will be especially valuable in searching for slow-moving Kuiper belt objects. It will also be useful for high-redshift galaxy studies.
