We formulate the most general form of the two-dimensional relativistic Grad-Shafranov equation in the Kerr metric. Our form allows consideration of relativistic and ultrarelativistic anisotropic pressure effects. Therefore, quantitative analysis of the two-dimensional-structure of ideal MHD flows with anisotropic pressure becomes possible. The standard double adiabatic approximation for anisotropic pressure is used.
