This proposal is essentially a kit-bashed version of 07041 {Coarse Align
Activity}. so that the NICMOS team could get some focus monitoring
placed on the 97090 & 97097 calendars, The purpose of this activity
is to a series of iterative adjustments of the NICMOS pupil alignment
mechanism to monitor focus & tilt.
