The transformation of acoustic waves into slow magnetosonic waves has been considered with regard for resonant oscillations in the regions of a strong magnetic field (Pgas very low Pmag) on the basis of the MHD waves transformation linear theory. The upper boundary of the resonator is that of the two isothermal media with oblique magnetic field, while the lower one is the waves interaction level. The resonator of slow waves in the atmosphere of sunspots has been investigated. The transformation ratio of acoustic noise into slow waves has its maximum corresponding to a period of about three minutes under the conditions for the transition layer between the chromosphere and the corona.
