Local five-minute oscillations were studied on the basis of observations with very high spatial and temporal resolution. Phase shifts between oscillations in the Doppler velocity, central residual intensity, and equivalent width of the line Fe I λ 532.4185 nm were analyzed. Phase shifts between velocity and temperature oscillations above different granulation structures in the middle and upper photosphere were found. The phase shift magnitude is shown to change depending on granulation brightness at the height of continuum formation. Oscillations above the brightest granules and the darkest intergranular lanes occur with smaller radiative energy losses as compared to the oscillations above the granular structures of lower contrast. Relaxation time of temperature inhomogeneities above granules and intergranular lanes was estimated with the phase shift obtained.
