A technique for numerical solution of the equations of the theory of planetary figures is proposed. In this technique the figure functions are sought in the form of a series expansion in powers of a small parameter that is proportional to the square of rotational angular velocity. Series coefficients are computed for four models of Jupiter. The solutions obtained are shown to yield the explicit analytical dependence of a planet's figure and gravitational field on its rotational angular velocity.
