Very Long Baseline Interferometry observations of the hydroxyl (OH) maser emissions in the circumstellar clouds surrounding IRC + 10420, NML Cygni and VY Canis Majoris were conducted in April and October 1977. The maser features in the NML Cyg 1612 MHz spectrum are approximately 0.04 arcseconds in diameter and are distributed over a region of about 1.8 x 3.2 arcseconds. The VY CMa 1612 MHz spectral features are about 0.03 arcseconds in diameter and distributed over an area of 1.8 x 1.8 arcseconds. Peak brightness temperatures of masers in both sources are 10 to the 11th power K. The NML Cyg and VY CMa 1612 MHz maps show similar structure. The features in the IRC + 10420 1612 MHz spectrum have angular sizes of approximately 0.03 arcseconds and the peak brightness temperature is 3 x 10 to the 10th power K. Masers that have recently flared up in the IRC + 10420 1612 MHz spectrum were mapped and indicate a circumstellar shell diameter of about 0.8 arcseconds.
