As part of a European Southern Observatory (ESO) Large Programme on the Very Large Telescope (VLT, Paranal, Chile) observations were obtained for over 700 stars using the Fibre Large Array Multi-Element Spectrograph (FLAMES), with the majority of these objects being O- or early B-type stars. Observations were taken towards three Galactic clusters, NGC 6611, NGC 3293 and NGC 4755; two LMC clusters, N 11 and NGC 2004 and two SMC clusters, NGC 346 and NGC 330. Details of the observational fields, target selection and data reduction were discussed in Paper I and Paper II, Evans et al., Cat. and Cat. .
