The modulating time for BPSK (Binary Phase Shift Key) Signal is often
needed to be found. In practice, the modulating time for BPSK signal can
not be found directly, but the amplitude modulation phenomenon can be
observed obviously. The cause and use for this phenomenon are analysed,
and the phenomenon is tested and verified by a simulation experiment.
