Scientific paper

Voyager 1 narrow-angle images were used to obtain displacements of
features down to 100 to 200 km in size over intervals of 10 hours. A
global map of velocity vectors and longitudinally averaged zonal wind
vectors as functions of the latitude, is presented and discussed
