Low frequency electrostatic instabilities driven by the E-> × B-> drift of electrons and ions are investigated in a dusty plasma via the full kinetic dispersion relation. Both the dust-acoustic and the dust-modified two-stream instabilities are found to be excited, their existence depending on the wave propagation angle. A detailed examination of plasma parameter space for the instabilities is conducted.
