The spectral intensity distribution of ordinary-mode bremsstrahlung in a highly magnetized plasma at the electron plasma frequency is analyzed with allowance for dynamic polarization of the plasma and thermal correlations of the ions. The radiation characteristics are analyzed in detail as a function of the parameters of the plasma and the test electron. It is shown in particular that transition bremsstrahlung at the electron plasma frequency leads to an anomalously large increase in the radiation intensity. It is noted that this effect may play a significant role in X-ray emission from pulsars.
