The status of constant f is analysed in the framework of the Conformal
Poincaré Gauge Theory of gravitation. It is shown, that for the
Morris--Thorne wormholes and the Bianchi I cosmology this constant
should have the different signs. A possible interpretation of the
obtained results is discussed.
