This program takes "uniform illuminated" pictures of the earth to monitor the "reciprocity" effect observed in earth calib observations. The goals of this program are: 1. Watch for discrete changes in this behavior 2. Look for long term variability 3. Have before/after checks in place for decontaminations safings, or UVflood. This program will also build up a high quality flat field. The observations are done only with PC with a frequency of once every week. The sequence (during a single earth occultation) is: F517N+OPEN, F517N+F122M, F517N+OPEN
