The periodic motions of a satellite with respect to the mass center in a periodic orbit close to the L2 libration point are analyzed in the framework of the circular restricted three-body problem. The satellite is assumed to be a rigid body with an arbitrary central ellipsoid of inertia. Consideration is given to the existence and stability of periodic motions generated from plane rotations and oscillations of arbitrary amplitude.
