In this paper, we report on our ongoing effort to develop unified models for seven Helium photospheric absorption profiles of 5 early-type Be stars: α Eri (HD10144 - B3Vpe), η Cen (HD127972 - B1.5Vne), ɛ Cap (HD205637 - B3V:p), α Ara (HD158427 - B2Vne), and λ Pav (HD173948 - B1.5IIIe). We are using a spectral synthesis code developed by one of us (RHDT) that includes effects due to rapid rotation. In each star, we find that a simultaneous fit of all He lines can be achieved only with a pole-to-equator effective temperature gradient consistent with von Zeipel gravity darkening. This inhomogeneous temperature distribution implies the fit procedure is also sensitive to the inclination (i) of the stellar rotation axis.
