By means of broad and narrow-band photometry in the UBV spectral region the variability of the object He2-467 earlier classified as peculiar central star of a planetary nebula has been revealed. The light amplitude significantly descreases with the wavelength, from 1m.9 in U to 0m.3 in V. The brightness variations were found to be periodic with P = 488 days. The observations of He2-467 were interpreted using the model of a binary consisting of a very hot subdwarf and a G5 II giant. The parameters of both components have been derived. The hot star is probably the evolved low mass nucleus of a planetary nebula already dissipated.
