Observations of V652 Her made with the 1-m and 0.5-m telescopes of the South African Astronomical Observatory at Sutherland have been used to obtain 19 new timings of maxima from 1986-87 and 18 previously unpublished timings for 1984-85. The results emphasize the necessity of including a cubic term in the ephemeris. The ephemeris coefficients have substantially reduced errors compared to previous determinations. Sources of error in the ephemeris calculation are examined in order to investigate discrepancies between model and observational results.
