CCD observations were made of 1248 Jugurtha on four nights in February
and March 2002. The synodic period of rotation was found to be 12.190
± 0.002 hours with the lightcurve amplitude evolving from 0.827
± 0.017 to 0.734 ± 0.017 magnitudes. The period and large
amplitude are in agreement with previously reported values.
