Solar cos mic ray propagation in the interplanetary medium is studied on
the basis of the kinetic equation. The steady-state solutions of kinetic
equations are obtained; the dependence of cosmic ray distribution
function on the heliocentric distance and on the direction of particle
motion is analysed.
