The Lagrangian and Hamiltonian for the post-Newtonian N-body equations of motion have been derived within the context of nonsymmetric gravitation theory. It is shown that this Lagrangian may be obtained in the standard way using a generalization of a variational principle along with the calculation method employed in metric theory. The present method is found to correctly reproduce the equations of motion for a test particle in a static spherically symmetric field.
