It is shown that the multiple scattering theory methods can be applied to the analysis of decameter radio sources scintillations on the interplanetary plasma. Weak scintillations spectra are obtained for the different models of interplanetary medium configurations. The Feynman path-integral technique and the smooth perturbations method are used for this purpose.
