Observations from the plasma wave instrument on board the Galileo spacecraft have distinguished control of Jovian radio emission not only by Io, but possibly by Ganymede and Callisto. We have developed a simple model of radio emission from sites along the magnetic flux tubes connecting these satellites to Jupiter. The results indicate radio emission at large wave normal angles should produce distinctive features of radio emission displayed in plots of satellite phase vs. Jovian system III longitude. These results are in qualitative agreement with the observations.
