In the reported investigation, data from ten spacecraft are examined for evidence of pulsations. The spacecraft and their associated instruments are listed in a table. Attention is given to observations near geostationary orbit, geomagnetic observations, ISEE 1 and 2 observations, and solar wind observations. It is found that the Pc 5 oscillations appear to be present for 48 hours continuously with two exceptions. Early on November 14 the magnetometer records from GOES 2 and 3 show very large and erratic changes so that no period can be determined. The P78-2 magnetometer does show irregular pulsations during the intervals 2100 to 2220 and 2300 to 2400 on November 13. The second period when pulsations appeared to cease were the 8 hours between 0945 to 1745 UT on November 15.
