The detection rate of Ar-37 at the Homestake solar neutrino experiment is strongly correlated with the monthly sunspot number. The strength of the correlation rises when a semiannual variation is included. These results support the hypothesis that precession of a neutrino magnetic moment in the solar magnetic field is responsible for the variation of the Homestake data.
