During the Cassini/Huygens flyby of Jupiter in December 2000 thousands of spectra were recorded from the planet between 10 and 1400 cm-1 at a number of different locations, spatial resolutions and observation angles. The spectral resolution of these data vary between 0.5 and 3.0 cm-1, and calibration of these spectra is ongoing. The spectral range includes many absorption features of ammonia and phosphine, and the abundances of these constituents have been retrieved using an optimal estimation retrieval model in conjunction with a correlated-k radiative transfer model. In this paper we will present our retrievals of the global variation of these volatiles, together indicators of their vertical variation, using the most recently calibrated CIRS data.
