X-ray observations of old radio pulsars are needed for studying their
evolution and the mechanisms of their magnetospheric and thermal
emission. To expand the current small sample of old pulsars observed in
X-rays, we propose an ACIS-S observation of the 42 Myr old pulsar
B1451-68.
