Tilted Bianchi type-III models (models in which matter is not at rest on homogeneous hypersurfaces) are integrated for small values of a tilt parameter. The zero-tilt solution is that of Kantowski and Sachs. Solutions given include a slowly rotating model which preserves the zero-tilt field equations, and a totally anisotropic model which can be either rotating, or tilted and nonrotating. The solutions are compared to observations, and bounds are found for the perturbation parameters.
