Equations describing two nonlinear mechanisms of radiative transfer in
plasmas: Compton scattering on electrons and decay of electromagnetic
waves into electromagnetic and Langmuir waves are presented. An
evolution of the emission spectral line and combined action of both
effects in a plasma medium with high level of turbulence is considered.
