A detailed solar geophysical index for 1988 is given. Data for December 1988 includes: (1) IUWDS (International Ursigram and World Days Service) alert periods (advance and worldwide); (2) solar activity indices; (3) solar flares; (4) solar radio emissions; and (5) Stanford mean solar magnetic field graphs. Data for November 1988 includes: (1) solar active regions; (2) sudden ionospheric disturbances; (3) solar radio spectral observations; (4) cosmic ray measurements by neutron monitor; (5) geomagnetic indices; and (6) radio propagation indices. Other data includes: (1) Pioneer 12 interplanetary magnetic field magnitudes (January to June 1988); and (2) cosmic ray measurements by neutron monitor and geomagnetic sudden commencements/solar flare effects (October 1988).
