This paper presents revised sets of the 13- and 16-moment systems of transport equations using the flow form, which may eventually be more convenient in the studies of interhemispheric transport of plasma, polar wind, solar wind, etc. This alternative from can recast into the traditional well known forms existing in the literature. A discussion of the structural aspects of the equations is presented.
