This is a brief report on recent studies of nuclear responses for neutrinos (n) by charge exchange reactions, n masses by double beta (bb) decays and of solar and supernovan's by inverse b decays. Subjects discussed include (1) n studies in nuclear micro-laboratories, (2) n masses studied by bb decays of 100Mo and nuclear responses for bb-n, (3) solar and supernova n's by inverse b decays and n responses for 71 Ga and 100Mo, and (4) MOON (molybdenum observatory of neutrinos) for spectroscopic studies of Majorana n masses with sensitivity of mn ~ 0.03 eV by bb decays of 100Mo and real-time studies of low energy solar and supernova n's by inverse b decays of 100Mo.
