Results of measurements of the fast neutron flux underground at 20 meters water equivalent (mwe) depth are presented. Neutrons were identified by pulse shape discrimination using a 4.5 1 liquid scintillator detector. The integral flux of neutrons with energy 11.5 <= En <= 50 MeV was found to be (1.07-0.30+0.41) × 10-6 cm-2 s-1.
