Recent mid-IR (Spitzer IRAC and MIPS) and optical spectroscopic data suggest that 2MASS J02214293+5705306 became a Be star between 2004-09-23 and 2005-01-18. Since then it shows signs of mid-IR variability. Study of this newly formed Be star and its infrared light variations can provide us with important information about the formation mechanism and circumstellar environment of Be stars. Unfortunately our IRAC and MIPS data points are several months apart. We prop ose IRAC and MIPS observations within a short period of time to study the origin of the mid-IR excess variations.
