The results of the analysis of the experimental data on searching for heavy particles in the cosmic rays flux at mountain altitudes at energies 1 - 30TeV are presented. An event interpreted as a neutral particle with the M 700GeV and lifetime ˜ 10-5 s was observed. The estimated intensity of such events amounts ˜ 10-12 cm-2 s-1 ster-1 .
