Results of a study of rapid variations of the pulse spectrum of the radiation emitted by pulsar 0950 on the basis of intensity measurements carried out simultaneously at a number of different frequencies. In some of the recorded pulses a pronounced excess radiation in a relatively narrow band is found to occur sporadically. It is concluded that the observed emission is due to the nature of the pulsar emission and can be explained within the framework of the radio-emission mechanism proposed by Smith (1973), or within the frameworks of maser mechanisms acting on transitions between discrete electron energy levels in the very strong magnetic field of the pulsar, or by the mechanism of induced Compton scattering of emission by free electrons.
